Sangoma Technologies announced that Teldori Telecommunications of Memphis, TN, Indosoft Inc. of Fredericton NB, and eCRM of Halifax, NS have joined a growing list of Open Source Telephony business leaders to standardize on Sangoma PCI and PCI-Express hardware to support their requirements for PSTN access. This follows decisions by industry-respected Asterisk leaders Wildix, Signate and Core Telecom Innovations. "We believe this is just the tip of the iceberg as more businesses decide to migrate to Sangoma hardware to increase their reliability, improved system performance, enhanced system compatibility and superior customer support," says Sangoma Technologies president and CEO David Mandelstam. "As Asterisk gains traction in the marketplace, companies are looking to our manufacturing and design expertise in the voice and telephony space to enhance their business."
Teldori Telecommunications designs and builds unified communication IP-PBX systems that bridge both traditional telephony and VoIP services. Teldori specializes in small to medium sized enterprises, multi-location businesses and vertical market telephony application development. "With a reliable need to connect to the PSTN to service our customers, we will be using Sangoma hardware exclusively as the analog and T1 PCI card of choice," says Teldori Telecommunications' CEO Stan Herring. "We require products that meet and exceed our technical and support specifications. Sangoma's hardware and personalized attention will continue to be a key component of our ongoing success."
Indosoft is a technology leader providing call center applications on Asterisk platform for TDM and Voice over IP (VoIP). The Indosoft Contact Center modules provide all the necessary components to setup an Enterprise grade call center with the most sophisticated ACD control for Inbound and an efficient FCC compliant Predictive Dialer for Outbound. "Our open system approach provides seamless integration of TDM and VoIP," adds Indosoft president Rajan Iyengar. "Sangoma hardware has the quality, engineering level support, innovation, reliability and performance necessary to build and support our enterprise class systems."
eCRM has pioneered the fully hosted and managed contact center system, enabling contact centers and corporations of any size to have the same features and functions as million-dollar premise-based systems - without the million-dollar price tag. "We have selected to standardize on Sangoma hardware because of its bang for the buck," says eCRM's president and CEO Bill Ronalds. "We look forward to working the Sangoma team as we continue to provide significant reliable value to our customers."
