Field Service Management Provider, FieldOne, Makes Microsoft List

Company Joins Exclusive Group of 80 Nationwide ISV Partners

MAHWAH, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 10/16/12 -- FieldOne Systems, a cloud-based, field service management solution provider, announced today their selection as one of 80 Managed ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Partners in the Microsoft U.S. Developer & Platform Evangelism (DPE) Program, from approximately 200,000 potential candidates. Becoming a Managed ISV Partner in the DPE program signals Microsoft's confidence in FieldOne to grow faster than the average software provider within a similar market segment.

Propelling the company to ISV status is FieldOne's unique approach for delivering value to field service organizations. FieldOne Systems, is a premier provider of scheduling, routing and work order automation solutions for industries with schedulable resources including people, parts, products, procedures, and processes.

In addition, the FieldOne Channel Partner Program offers partners who currently hold Gold or Silver Competency in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, the opportunity to expand their offerings to include fully-integrated service management functionality. Becoming a managed partner in the DPE program also enables FieldOne to leverage key Microsoft resources to help locate, identify, and create partnerships with Microsoft Dynamics and other partners across the country.

"We are honored to become a Managed ISV Partner," said Jim Hare, Senior Vice President of Sales & Channels, FieldOne Systems. "Our new relationship with Microsoft gives us the opportunity to meet many well-qualified partners who can add additional value to their customer CRM solutions and new revenue sources for themselves. Since our software is partner-delivered, whether on-premise or from the cloud, it means partners can introduce new and innovative service offerings around our software, increasing their value to their customers and providing substantial, incremental revenue opportunities for themselves. We are proud to be selected for this elite team of ISV Partners."

FieldOne Solution's FieldOne Sky offering is built on the popular Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform and can be integrated with either the on-premise version or with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, which is the cloud-delivered "software-as-a-service" or SaaS customer relationship management solution from Microsoft. FieldOne Sky adds automated scheduling, routing, and workflow capabilities among many more, to the fundamentals offered in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The company first announced the FieldOne Channel Partner Program at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in July, giving many of the 16,000 attendees their first look at their innovative field service routing and workflow optimization solutions.
